Style is temporary. Culture is not. Creativity should create tension. Safe work rarely changes anything and the most meaningful work is often the most uncomfortable. We believe our responsibility is not simply to make brands visible, but unforgettable - to create work that people don't just see, but feel. We pursue projects that move culture forward. Work that captures a moment and instigates dialogue. Creative that only happens when collaborators are willing to take risks, challenge conventions, and embrace the unknown. In creativity, we strongly believe that there is nothing more dangerous than playing it safe.

For over two decades, we have partnered with artists, brands, and platforms during defining moments—helping shape visual language, narrative clarity, and cultural presence. Elastic People is a multi-disciplinary creative studio operating as a hybrid between a creative agency and a production company.
Known globally for our work in music and entertainment, we approach every project as a connected ecosystem rather than isolated deliverables. Our passion exists at the intersection of typography, graphic design, film, photography, and live experiences, using each medium as part of a larger creative language to push provocative and strategic storytelling.
We believe audiences are highly perceptive and immediately sense when work lacks intention or coherence. In a landscape oversaturated with content, clarity becomes the differentiator. Our cultural philosophy is grounded in listening first: to the artist, to the brand, to the moment in time.
We study how people connect, remember, and engage, then design and produce content that feels emotionally precise and culturally fluent. By prioritizing identity, consistency, and meaning, we create projects that resonate across borders and generations—work that doesn’t simply exist in culture, but contributes to it.
Our work is rooted in strategy, restraint, and long-term vision, allowing ideas to travel across mediums while maintaining coherence, authenticity, and impact.
Located in the Miami Design District, Elastic People was founded by Creative Director Carlos Pérez.
